Book Festival

The Baltimore Book Festival was great. I met some innovative publishers, some remarkable writers and got some interesting books. I was also interviewed and got a chance to talk about how supportive my husband is. It’s great to be able to let people know who is behind you, not to brag, but to let people who have been in your corner know that you appreciate them and that you can’t do this without them.

The Baltimore Book Festival

The family and I are heading down to the Baltimore Book Festival. I love going here. I can see my favorite authors, network, and buy books, books, books and more books!

Kizmic’s Journey

I am happy to report that I have finally finished the synopsis for my fourth novel, Kizmic’s Journey. This was harder to write than the book. Well, not really, but in many ways it felt like it. Now on to the query letter. It should be easier now that I have the synopsis under my belt.

Water In A Broken Glass was published on September 15, 2000. It is still in print today and still finding new readers. At The Book Escape, the manager told me that Water has out sold every local author book at the Calvert Street location. Needless to say I am very happy. I also just found out that Towson Universary lists Water as a resource for their center for gays and lesbians. And as recently as this past Thursday, a bookclub asked to review Water. So, I am very happy with the response to my first novel, ten years later.
